You can read more about my work with Congregation Beth El, with Mekom Torah, or any of the other work I'm doing at the links included below. There are also some really good research sites for general Jewish information. Enjoy!

Congregation Beth El is a vibrant, Conservative synagogue in Edison, NJ, where tradition feels personal and community feels like family. Though modest in size, its warmth, devotion, and spirited participation create a deeply meaningful and intimate congregational life.
Mekom Torah is a pioneering Jewish learning project founded in 2008 by Rabbi Helen Plotkin. It is built around a radically ancient vision of Jewish learning: Participation in learning is not a preparation for Jewish life, it is Jewish life. The goal of Mekom Torah is to offer high quality Jewish study opportunities for adults and families that transcend the boundaries of the various Jewish movements and that work to strengthen congregational life in our synagogues and Jewish life in our homes. Study groups are open to anyone, whether or not they are members of the collaborating synagogues.
My blog that I wrote for 13+ years on the weekly Torah portion. This blog is my "take" on Torah, but the title is also meant as a charge to everyone. The texts of our Jewish tradition invite us to engage them in dialogue; I hope you'll take them up on the offer.
A wonderful resource that I use all the time to find Hebrew dates and look up Torah readings. Hebcal offers a powerful custom Jewish calendar tool that lets you generate a list of Jewish holidays for any year (past, present, or future). Also available are a Hebrew date converter, Shabbat candle lighting times and Torah readings, and a page to look up yahrzeits, birthdays and anniversaries.
My favorite site for online Jewish texts! Sefaria is home to 3,000 years of Jewish texts. They are a nonprofit organization offering free access to texts, translations, and commentaries so that everyone can participate in the ongoing process of studying, interpreting, and creating Torah.
Judaism 101 or "Jew FAQ" is an online encyclopedia of Judaism, covering Jewish beliefs, people, places, things, language, scripture, holidays, practices and customs, written from a traditional perspective in conversational language you can understand.
Siona Benjamin is a world-renowned artist who creates breathtaking, captivating, thought-provoking art. She's also a dear friend.
